The Titanfall 2 Saga

I recently played through the single player campaign of Titanfall 2, and very enjoyable it was too.

Back in the day I was quite the Pilot on Titanfall 1 (Xbox 360) with a respectable/embarrassing amount of playtime clocked up and a not too shabby K/D ratio.

The idea was to get super slick at the game on the campaign and then slide into the multiplayer servers like Optimus Prime returning to Autobot City

When I did finally load up the multiplayer I was greeted with error messages, getting kicked and much inactivity.

Upon googling I discovered a deep, deep rabbit hole of angry fans, memeing gamers and a story so wild I’ve had to link to an article rather than try to explain it myself. (You’re welcome IGN)

This story is so wild it goes beyond belief. Say what you will about EA Games, (and people will for various reasons) but they are the tip of this particular iceberg, as you’ll find out below.
