Design

The SER6 Pro mini PC is unbelievably compact and boasts a modern, stylish form factor design in blackish/blueish/carbon-tinted shade. The unit sports a beautiful layout and enough practically located ports to support a host of inputs without seeming cluttered. The variety of ports includes HDMI and USB-C meaning there are plenty of options for connecting to external displays and peripherals.

The casing is sturdy and seems durable making it an easily-transportable option. It measures only 126mm x 113mm x 42mm and weighs only 0.8 kg which makes it compact, especially given the specs.

The breathable mesh fabric covering ensures the casing gets the air it needs and the built-in fans remain dust-free.

Performance

The SER6 Pro utilises a built-in WiFi 6 and Gigabit Ethernet adapters ensuring fast and stable internet connectivity. There is very little sound from the unit even under heavy loads, making this not only small but mighty!

The Beelink SER6 Pro 7735HS has a powerful AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS CPU, which is more than capable for a host of graphic-heravy titles and puts last gen consoles to shame.

It comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. and the generous 32GB DDR5 RAM and 500GB SSD makes gaming a joy -it almost feels like a crime to use it for anything other than gaming. The SER6 is capable when it comes to day-to-day office work and even 4K video editing, graphic design and data analysis. Even running the likes of Forza Horizon, Grand Theft Auto 5 and CyberPunk 2077 the product handles well and 60fps (and far above) at 1080p is easily achievable depending on the game.

As a home theatre PC the specs the SER6 is more than capable and the included bracket and short HDMI make it a sensible choice.

Conclusion

It’s worth noting that, as with any form factor, there is limited cooling, which means that it may not have sufficient cooling to handle demanding tasks for extended periods. This could lead to performance throttling or overheating.

The Beelink SER6 7735 is competitively priced when compared to other mini PCs with similar technical specifications. It offers users a powerful mini PC without breaking the bank. And as with that you’ll find more powerful and cheaper mini PCs on the market, but not both. The SER6 Pro is the best mini gaming PC we’ve ever experienced.

This little guy packs an absolute punch and is a big step up from the previous generation. It is easily upgradable as the internals are friendly and the CLR CMOS option means you can turn back the clock if needs be (there’s even bios and boot direction on the under side of the casing).

The SER6 Pro is a great option for those who want a compact and portable work/gaming computer without sacrificing performance.
